
Refund Policy
The Billing Department handles refunds during regular operating hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm Eastern Time (closed on Federal holidays). All transactions adhere to the following Refund Policies:

Full Refund within 24 Hours: All customers are entitled to a complete refund within 24 hours of initial services if the work has not been completed. A restoration to the listing's pre-service state will be performed, and 100% of the purchase price will be refunded after a customer support representative gains access to the listing and reverts any changes.

Exclusions from Refunds: Refunds will not be granted for customers experiencing buyer’s remorse or those under external pressure to cancel services. Completed work is non-refundable, and if a customer, during recorded calls, expresses interest in SEO services, the work is considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, a second attempt will be made at no extra cost. The customer must grant technicians access to the listing for issue resolution within 7 days of the sale. If the problem persists after 7 days from the original purchase date, a full refund will be issued. To qualify, the customer must provide technicians with a reasonable opportunity for a second repair attempt within the seven-day period.
Please note that refunds are solely issued if the customer allows a seven-day period for issue resolution and we are unable to address the problem within that timeframe.
